Hi, I'm Jamie — a Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor

I work with people who are done feeling tired, stiff, and running on empty. If life has got busier while your energy and body confidence have quietly slipped away, I'll help you feel strong, capable, and genuinely good again.

Through a mix of yoga, movement, and strength training I'll help you reduce joint pain, rebuild your energy, and get back to doing the things that matter — performing at work, keeping up with family, and actually enjoying how your body feels. No intimidating workouts, no quick fixes — just a consistent programme built around your life.

Train with me from anywhere. I provide personalised programmes, regular check-ins, and ongoing support so you stay consistent and keep progressing — no matter how busy life gets.

Yoga Instruction

Strength-focused vinyasa flow that works your body and calms your mind. I incorporate yoga into personal training and offer dedicated sessions to improve mobility, reduce stress, and support recovery.
